How to Make a Donation
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation
to the Foundation, you have a few options:
- Make a donation via our secure server.

We also accept credit card donations over the
phone. Call 206-870-3774. You may fax your donation. Print the
Fax Gift Form then
fax to 206-870-3756.

Checks can be mailed to the Foundation
office at the address below along with the
Form.

Pledge Form and
mail OR fax to the Foundation office.
